General conditions
General Terms of operation of online shop define the conditions of purchase and sale of products sold by the undertaking Lipica Torizem d.o.o., Lipica 5, 6210 Sežana (referred to as provider). Terms & Conditions of Online shop "Lipica" have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international codes for e-business. Online shop "Lipica" is an information system aimed at presenting and selling products to users ('the system). It is managed by the company Lipica Tourism d.o.o. The buyer is a person who at the online store uses; "Lipica."
Seller`s and buyers mutual obligations in online commerce are governed by these general conditions. By using this website the customer agrees to the terms of use. We reserve the right to change the general conditions.
Content of the website the customer can review only for personal use. No items online store "Lipica" should not be used for commercial purposes. Contents of this website to third parties is not allowed to collect in any public database or to publish in any form in other media or in other places. Provider reserves the right to change or delete any part of the online shop "Lipica" without prior notice.
Online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. In the case of reasons, of technical or other nature, operating through our online store, or even access to the trade itself sometimes is not possible. Therefore, the seller retains the right to for a fixed or indefinite time limit or completely stop the sale of some or even all products or for a fixed or indefinite period to stop completely or restrict access to the online store or otherwise restrict or suspend the operations of online shops. Provider assumes no liability for any damage to your hardware or software due to visit to the sites and operating an online store.

Online shop is in operation 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The provider accepts orders 24 hours a day, and will be processed within 3 working days. Processing orders outside the working day will be postponed to the next business day. Award of contracts through the online store "Lipica" is processed under conditions that are listed on this site. If it turns out that with your order there is something wrong, you will be by email or telephone in relation to the contact person responsible. Order cancellation
We reserve the right to due to inadequate, inappropriate or offensive data transmitted by the buyer, the contract is rejected and shall inform the customer by e-mail.
Orders received through the online store "Lipica" the buyer may cancel without charge within three (3) hours following the completion of the purchase. Notice of cancellation is possible only via electronic mail info@lipica.org. In an e-mail is obligatory to provide the following information:
* The title of the message: Cancel orders
* The content of the message: a) the name of the customer, customer address, order date
After the three (3) hours of service is considered confirmation of the order.
Prices
All prices in online "Lipica" are in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without previus notice. In order to take account of price per day / date order.
Payment
Online shop "Lipica" provides the following methods of payment:
- Cash on Delivery
- Payment on invoice
Ordered goods will be sent to the home or any other address in Slovenia. The cost of shipping orders and pay with cash.
Refund of the purchase price and of goods.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the products, you can return the merchandise. Return of goods or considering complaints within 8 days from receipt of goods. Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Enclose a copy of the return of the original invoice. In the event of a claim of product, we will replace the product or the extent of the product ordered, in 8 days; if there will be no product in stock, we will turn you the purchase price back. Purchase price for returned items will be credited to your bank account (only, you must specify the return). Money will be turned back to you within 8 days. In the event that the above conditions are not met, we will have a complaint or. supply contract to be rejected. You can return products to our address personaly or by mail. The cost of returning the goods will be covered by the provider.
Privacy policy
For the purposes of operating an online store business Lipica tourism Ltd. collects the following information: name, address and place of residence, e-mail address of the purchaser, phone number and other information related to the contract. Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided. The buyer is obliged to notify the provider immediately any change of personal data. The seller is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or false personal data submitted by the user.
The seller is committed to sustainable protection of personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic. 94/2007). All information provided by the buyer to the contract is intended solely for internal processing and will not be disclosed to third parties or organizations.
Delivery
Delivery of purchases will be charged at current rates of Post of Slovenia.
Goods will be dispatched within three (3) working days from order confirmation (for cash on delivery) or. within three (3) working days of confirmation of payment (in case of payment according to a statement)
All items are carefully packed to ensure safe receipt of the consignment. Nevertheless, accidents happen in the delivery. If you receive a damaged shipment, or if they are showing signs of opening, it is necessary to initiate the reclamation process at the Post of Slovenia. The consignment you should take it to the post office in the same condition as you received and fill reclamation record. For any help in the process of reclamation, you can contact us directly. Together with the Post of Slovenia will make sure that your complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.
The absolution of responsibility
Provider shall use its best efforts to provide currency and accuracy of the information published on its pages. However, it may be that properties of products, their availability and price change so rapidly that the provider fails to correct the information on websites. In this case will be the buyer informed of changes and enabled to cancel the contract or replace the products ordered.
Although the provider tries to provide accurate pictures of products, all photographs are to be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product properties. For the typos we are not responsible.
Complaints and disputes
Provider respects the existing consumer protection laws. In the event of an appeal provider will seek to resolve any disputes amicably. It the opposite case, it is the court of jurisdiction in Koper to be competent.
