Gratia restaurant
The Karst culinary story is based on the typical Karst environment, the strong bora wind and local ingredients enriched by karst herbs and spices. Traditional Karst dishes include jota (stew), prosciutto and frtalja (egg omelettes), accompanied by a glass of Teran wine. The carefully prepared dishes will convince even the most discerning gourmets.
