Holy Mass on the Feast of St. Anthony of Padua
We invite you to attend Holy Mass on the feast day of St. Anthony of Padua on Saturday, 14 June, at 10:00 AM. The Mass will be celebrated by Monsignor Slavko Obed in the Chapel of St. Anthony of Padua at the Lipica Stud Farm.
All participants of the Mass have free admission until 12:00. At 12:00, you can join a guided tour of the stud farm estate.
The small church at Lipica is dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua, the patron saint of lovers, married couples, women, and children. St. Anthony of Padua (1195–1231) is celebrated on 13 June and is one of the most beloved and well-known saints.
Only eleven months after his death, Pope Gregory IX proclaimed him a saint — the shortest canonization process in Church history.
