Workshop with ponies
The youngest visitors to Lipica can get to know horses up close through an educational pony workshop, designed as a pleasant and safe experience for children. A rider will introduce the ponies, their characteristics, and the basics of pony care.
Children will have the opportunity to enter the enclosure, approach the ponies, pet them, and participate in grooming and brushing. The workshop offers children genuine contact with ponies, helps them overcome any fear of horses, and introduces them to the world of horses in a friendly and engaging way.
The educational pony workshop is an excellent choice for a family trip to Lipica and one of the most popular activities for children at the Lipica Stud Farm. It is a perfect complement to a visit of the Lipica Stud Farm and provides young visitors with an unforgettable horse experience.
Pony riding is not available in Lipica.
The workshop is included in the admission ticket for visiting the Lipica Stud Farm.
