Summer Friday Music Evenings – Sarah Planinšek duo
Sarah Planinšek is a Trieste-born singer of Slovenian descent. She is also a guitarist and composer. She is known for her pleasant performances, where the warmth of her voice shines through. In recent years, she has focused on writing original music. One of the fruits of her creativity is the song „Luna Nera,“ for which she also filmed a music video. In winter 2021, despite the challenging (COVID) period, she collaborated with Igor Longhi and recorded a cover of Joni Mitchell’s classic, „River.“ They filmed the music video in her hometown of Trieste during Christmas time. Both songs are available on all major music platforms.
The event is free of charge. In case of bad weather, the concert will take place at Hotel Maestoso.
