Official Training of the Lipica Riding School
+ Visit to the Stud Farm
Watching a training session in Lipica is an excellent opportunity to experience firsthand the methods and techniques of the Lipica Riding School. Under the careful supervision of the head trainer, riders perform all the figures that can also be seen during the Lipica Riding School performance, but in a more relaxed setting. At the end of the training, you may also ask the head trainer questions and discover some of the secrets that make Lipica unique.
Admission includes:
- viewing the official training of the Lipica Riding School
- guided tour of the Lipica Stud Farm
The stud farm can only be visited as part of a guided tour, which lasts approximately 60 minutes. With a guide, you will visit the oldest stable, Velbanca, the carriage exhibition, the Lipikum Museum, the Church of St. Anthony of Padua, the souvenir shop, and much more. You will also learn about the Lipica Riding School.
Guided tours are available in Slovenian and English.
